TOTAL COMPOSITION

Matured first in 1st fill ex-bourbon 200 L casks for more than 3 years months, then finished in ex-bourbon casks that has been filled with first Myken whisky, then Bådin Myken Stout.

Yeast: Safspirit M-1 distiller’s yeast

Malt: Weyermann Pilsner Malt, Extra Hell

Process water: Desalinated sea water (reverse osmosis) from Myken municipal water plant

Cooling water: Sea water pumped directly from the ocean

Batch size: 125 kg malt / 500 L wort
