TOTAL COMPOSITION

Matured first in 1st fill ex-bourbon 200 L casks for 3 years, then finished in ex-bourbon casks that has been filled first with Myken whisky, then Bådin Stout Beer.

Yeast: Safspirit M-1 distiller’s yeast
Malt:  Weyermann Pilsner Malt, Extra Hell
Process water: Desalinated sea water (reverse osmosis) from Myken municipal water plant
Cooling water: Sea water pumped directly from the ocean
Batch size: 125 kg malt / 650 L wort
