Malt:  34,4 % Weyermann Pilsner Malt, Extra Hell and 65,6 % Castle Maltings «Whisky malt», 35 ppm phenols
Process water: Desalinated sea water (reverse osmosis) from Myken municipal water plant
Cooling water: Sea water pumped directly from the ocean
Batch size:125 kg malt / 580 - 650 L wort
