About 8,5 – 9 ppm, matured in secondfill Swedish oak 40 litres casks, previously filled with Myken whisky 

INGREDIENTS

Yeast: Safspirit M-1 distiller’s yeast
Malt:  75 % Weyermann Pilsner Malt, Extra Hell and 25 % Castle Maltings «Whisky malt», 35 ppm phenols
Process water: Desalinated sea water (reverse osmosis) from Myken municipal water plant
Cooling water: Sea water pumped directly from the ocean
Batch size: 125 kg malt / 580 - 650 L wort
